They required a 30 or 37 kW 6” borehole pump and motor, with a preference for upgrading to a cast stainless-steel model for improved durability. Availability was also critical, as the customer needed a suitable pump that could be sourced quickly and ideally supplied from stock.

Initial discussions began via WhatsApp at 6 pm on Friday, highlighting the urgency of the situation and the need for a reliable borehole pump replacement without delay.

The customer needed a direct replacement capable of meeting the existing site duty while improving long-term durability.

The Solution

A suitable stainless-steel option was identified during the Friday evening WhatsApp exchange. A formal quotation was prepared and sent on Monday morning, with the order placed shortly afterwards for next-day delivery.
