Requirements
One of our customers contacted us on a Thursday afternoon with a serious problem. Due to a pump failure, they were not able to irrigate and all the plants in their nursery were at risk of dying during the hottest week the UK encountered this summer. They needed a new borehole pump as soon as possible.
Over the past couple of years, we have significantly increased our warehouse capacity. That enables us to store a wide range of agricultural pumps suitable for irrigation and water transfer. Being able to supply from stock, our sales team arranged an urgent delivery, the customer received the new pump the next day and the problem was solved in no time.
Customers’ existing rising main failed leaving them unable to irrigate during the hottest week of the year.
The Solution
Only after a quick phone conversation, our experienced sales team was able to select the correct borehole pump. It was tested and dispatched on the same day.
Equipment Supplied:
● 45 kw 8” EPS pump

The result
A farm being able to irrigate again, and no plants were lost during the replacement process.
